	A:	Our company was moved to our factory in Chongwu Town, Quanzhou, South of China few years ago. Chongwu is Chinese famous stone carving hometown and the largest tombstone production base. It is Near Xiamen City. It takes about about 1.5 hours by car from xiamen airport to our factory. Welcome to visit our company and factory.
2	Q:	What's your MOQ ?
	A:	Our MOQ is 1 set.
3	Q:	Do you provide customized/bespoke Service?
	A:	Yes, we can carve exactly according to the sketch/photo you provide. We can help to draw the photo if you need.
4	Q:	Can I see how the products to be produced?
	A:	We will send you photos or small vedios each production step for your approval. We will not go on to next step without your confirmation.
5	Q:	How do you pack the products?
	A:	Our products are packed in strong seaHow do you pack the products?worthy fumigated wooden crate with plastic film, foam inside. It is safe.
6	Q:	What is your lead time?
	A:	about 30 days after receiving the deposit.
7	Q:	What is your price terms?
	A:	Generally speaking, we quote based on FOB Xiamen, China. We also accpet CIF or CNF or DDP.
8	Q:	What are your acceptable payment terms?
	A:	T/T(Telegraphic Transfer)---30% deposit before production, 70% against copy of bill of lading.
9	Q:	Do you arrange door to door shipping?
	A:	Yes, we can arrange door to door shipping to your address. The address can be a cemetery.
10	Q:	Do you have WARRANT policy?
	A:	Yes,of course. We guarantee that all carved stone items are of merchantable quality and will be replaced if defective or broken. The client should inform us within 7 days of delivery. We are sure that our packing is safe enough. We use strong wooden crates for outside packing.In addition, we will buy "all risks" insurance as per your requirement. In the case of damage happens, firstly you can refer to the insurance company to claim the damage. If the damage occurred due to the fault of packing, our company will take the responsibility. The good may be broken because of violent collision caused by ship, truck or careless handling. Please take several photos of the packing before you open it. If the packing is okay, but goods is broken, it is our responsibility. On the contrary, if the packing and the goods are both broken, it is the logistic company responsibility.
